1. General Policy
At RishteyDekho, we strive to ensure you have a seamless experience finding your life partner. However, we understand that situations may arise where you might want a refund or to cancel your subscription.
2. Premium Subscription Refunds
Premium subscription fees (including Premium and VIP plans) are generally non-refundable. However, we will process a refund under the following conditions:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our platform.
- Cancellation of the subscription within 24 hours of purchase, provided no premium features (such as sending messages, viewing contact details, or utilizing 'Boosts') have been used.
3. Add-on Purchases
One-time purchases, such as Profile Boosts or Profile Verification fees, are completely non-refundable once the service has been rendered or activated on your profile.
4. Account Termination
If your account is terminated or suspended by our Trust & Safety team due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent activity, inappropriate behavior, or fake profiles), you will not be eligible for any refund for the remaining duration of your subscription.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment used during the transaction.
