By accessing or using RishteyDekho ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use RishteyDekho, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally eligible for marriage in India
• Not be currently married (unless legally separated)
• Have the legal capacity to enter contracts
• Not have been previously banned from the Platform

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person may only maintain one active account
• Creating fake or duplicate profiles is strictly prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or create fake profiles
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Share inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes or solicitation
• Attempt to extract user data or reverse engineer the Platform
• Share your login credentials with others

5. Content Guidelines

All content you upload must:

• Be your own original content or you must have rights to use it
• Not contain nudity, sexually explicit, or violent material
• Not promote hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Not include contact information in photos (watermarks, phone numbers)

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided as per our Refund Policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Safety & Reporting

We take safety seriously. You can report inappropriate behavior using the report feature. We investigate all reports and take action including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

8. Disclaimers

• We do not conduct background checks on all users
• We cannot guarantee the authenticity of all profiles
• Meeting someone from the Platform is at your own risk
• We recommend meeting in public places initially

9. Limitation of Liability

RishteyDekho is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, interactions with other users, or any third-party content. Use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be notified via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
